A more extensive colour spectrum, a higher degree of resolution, a much faster processing speed and added PCI technology for the NuBus Macintosh are only a few of the many convincing features of the MacPicasso 340. A simple and easy-to-use set of application windows allows quick and direct access to all parameters and provides a fast way to make individual and task related changes. An integrated PCI chip enhances the general output capacity of any NuBus Mac and allows for the use of older monitors as well.
New monitors, however, will automatically be identified by the internal plug & view system. New 16:9 and
16:10, 24" monitors are now supported, with resolutions up to 1920x1080 in thousands of colours. Due to a much
faster image processing speed and a pixel rate of up to 200 MHz the MacPicasso 340 sets new standards in the Desktop
Publishing and
PhotoShop area. Powerful features like individual Gamma correction, plug & view technique and enhanced QuickTime
and MPEG acceleration add to the many positive aspects of this truly innovative graphics accelerator
card.
If your demands grow, your graphic accelerator expands with them. Our dedicated modules have higher quality
than "all-in-one" solutions. MacPicasso 340 can be expanded with Pablo, the video out module, and with
Saskia, the TV SCART cable.
